Issue of 2026-10-07. This is a working draft that a lawyer has not yet reviewed. The parts in brackets are not finished.
About the people who use the service
Your name and work email. Your password, kept only as a salted hash that cannot be turned back into the password. A phone number and job title if you give them. What your company said about itself when it signed up. When you last signed in.
A count of sign in attempts, kept against a keyed hash of the network address they came from and not the address itself. A log of what was done in your company's account: who, what and when. If you turn on two-step sign in, the secret your app counts from, sealed with a key that is not in the database. Which issue of the terms you agreed to, and when.
About properties and their owners
Public records, as county governments and the State of Florida publish them: the parcel and its outline, the buildings on it, the year built, sales, permits, code cases, flood zone and what the property appraiser lists on the lot. For a property in a ZIP a company works, the owner's name and mailing address as the county publishes them.
What a company adds itself: a telephone number for a lead, notes, and the text messages it sends to and receives from a homeowner through its own text account, with a record of how and when that person agreed to be texted and whether they have said stop.
Who sees what
The people in a company see that company's leads, according to their role. One company never sees another's leads, notes or messages: the database itself keeps them apart.
The people who run the service can see every company, in order to run and support it. When one of them looks at the portal as somebody in your company, that is recorded, and nothing can be changed while they do.
We do not sell the details of the people who use the service.
Other companies that handle it for us
Vercel runs the website. Supabase holds the database. Text messages go through Twilio, on an account the contracting company links itself. Mail, where it is set up, goes through Resend. Where the check that a person is signing up is switched on, it is Cloudflare's. The map loads its aerial photograph from Esri and the street view of a house from Google, straight from your browser, so they see your network address when it does.
How long
For as long as a company has an account. Write to us to close an account and remove its people. [Fixed periods for logs and for a closed account's records: to be set.]
If you are a homeowner
Reply STOP to any text sent through the service and no company using it can text that number again. To ask what a contractor here holds about your property, or to have a telephone number removed, write to us.
